Sound familiar?

Every day, businesses lose hours to manual tasks that should be automated. This costs time, money, and growth opportunities.

Common Business Problems

Still copying data between systems?

Do your team members spend hours every week copying information from emails to spreadsheets to CRM? Does data get lost or outdated in the process?

Leads falling through the cracks?

Do potential customers wait too long for responses? Are follow-ups inconsistent or forgotten entirely?

Drowning in documents?

Are invoices processed manually? Do reports take hours to compile from multiple sources? Is document approval a bottleneck?

Tools that don't talk to each other?

Is your team switching between 5+ apps daily? Does syncing data require manual exports and imports? Are errors common?

What if you could...

...automate the repetitive work? We build automation solutions that save time, reduce errors, and let your team focus on high-value work.

Let's find out together which processes in your business are ready for automation.

Mission

I don't think a business should spend its week on work a computer does better. So I help mid-sized companies find the automations worth building, then build them properly. Not clicked together in a low-code tool, but engineered to be owned: they run on your infrastructure and stay maintainable by your own people. Every automation has a clear payback. No black boxes, no dependency on me.

Experience

I build software and then run it. That second half is the part most automation never survives. Today I run the backend and the full production infrastructure behind a public payment protocol: databases with automated failover, monitoring, and deploys across staging and production. Seven services, 99.99% uptime, published on a public status page. Before that: full-stack product work, event-driven data architecture at Fraunhofer, and AI features shipped into production rather than parked as demos. That is the same skill your automation needs. It has to hold up on a Tuesday morning when nobody is watching it. Since 2018 that has run from mobile apps through full-stack products and event-driven data engineering to backend and infrastructure, at a research institute, two SaaS companies, a blockchain infrastructure company, and a startup I co-founded. I mentored four junior developers along the way. Some of it is public, so you do not have to take my word for it. My work at EthGlobal Paris took four awards, among them Best ERC-4337 from the Ethereum Foundation and second place from MakerDAO. An Android keyboard I wrote is released as open source, with signed updates served from its own package repository.

Approach

I grew up in the Stuttgart region, the heart of German manufacturing and the Mittelstand, so I know the pressure these companies are under. They need to digitize and automate, but can't justify enterprise consultants or year-long rollouts. Low-code tools are a fast way to start, and I use them where they fit. But durable, adaptable automation that grows with you takes real engineering: the full-stack kind, not a freelancer wiring up someone else's SaaS. That's what I bring to businesses ready to grow without a dedicated IT team. In practice engagements start narrow and grow. One current client came for a single integration between two systems that would not talk to each other. It now runs a production storefront, the back-office application the team manages products in, an events site, and the integration into a supply-chain system I do not own. Same person across all of it, so nothing falls between the contractors.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about business automation.

You're ready for automation if: * Someone on your team does the same task more than 5x per week * You're copying data between systems manually * Errors from manual work are costing you money or reputation * Growth is blocked because processes don't scale If you recognize two or more of these, automation will likely pay for itself within months.
I offer consulting and implementation for business automation. This includes: * Process analysis and automation roadmapping * Workflow automation (CRM, sales, operations) * Document processing and data pipeline setup * System integration and API development
I start with whatever gets you value fastest, often a low-code platform like n8n for simpler workflows. But I'm a full-stack engineer, not a low-code-only freelancer, so when a workflow needs to be durable, adaptable, or owned outright, I build it in real code: * Low-code (n8n) for a fast, simple start * Custom development for anything complex or long-lived * Usually a hybrid: the easy parts fast, the important parts engineered to last
It depends on complexity: * Simple automations: 1-2 weeks * CRM workflow overhauls: 4-8 weeks * Multi-system integrations: 2-3 months We start with quick wins and build from there.
No. I design solutions your team can understand and manage. Every project includes training and documentation. For ongoing maintenance, I offer support packages or can train your IT team.
Real examples from recent projects: * Invoice processing: 4 hours/week → 15 minutes (automated extraction + routing) * Lead follow-up: Response time from 6 hours → under 5 minutes * Monthly reporting: 2 days manual work → auto-generated overnight * Data sync errors: From ~20/month → zero Most automations pay for themselves within 3-6 months. We calculate your specific ROI before starting.
All implementations follow GDPR requirements. Data stays in your systems or approved EU/German providers. I don't require access to production data for development: we work with test data and strict access controls.
I work three ways, and you know the price before any work starts: * Automation audit + roadmap, a fixed price; you keep the prioritized plan even if we stop there * Implementation, quoted per project, scoped so it pays for itself in saved time or fewer errors * Ongoing support: a monthly retainer, only if you want one Every engagement opens with a free call and a written quote. No hourly surprises.
Yes, in almost every case. As a fullstack developer, I can work with any system that has an API, and that covers most modern business tools. If I haven't worked with your specific software before, I'll say so. Learning a new API usually takes days, not weeks. We go through your exact stack on the first call.
You own everything. Code, documentation, credentials, all yours. I provide training so your team can manage day-to-day operations. For ongoing optimization or support, I offer maintenance packages.
Book a free 20-minute call. Here's what happens: 1. You describe one process that's eating up time 2. I'll tell you if it's automatable and roughly how 3. If there's a fit, I'll send a concrete proposal within 48h No pitch deck, no sales pressure. Just a direct conversation about whether automation makes sense for you.
Agencies have overhead, account managers, and juniors doing the actual work. With me: * You talk directly to the person building your automation * No handoffs, no miscommunication layers * Faster iteration (changes happen in hours, not weeks * Lower cost) no agency markup For complex enterprise projects, agencies make sense. For focused automation work, a senior builder is faster and more cost-effective.
Every project includes a testing phase before go-live. But if something breaks after deployment: * First 30 days: I fix it at no extra cost * All projects come with documentation so your team can troubleshoot basics * I offer support packages for ongoing maintenance Automation isn't set-and-forget. Systems change, APIs update, requirements evolve. I build with maintainability in mind and stay available when you need adjustments.
